Hey! I am your baker Mel, and I have been baking for as long as I remember. As a child, I was always my mum’s assistant in making fresh whipped cream cakes for our birthdays. That was the start of my passion for cakes, and I am glad it happened so. It wasn’t until my 23rd birthday, that I realised how much I love pâtisserie, and love baking for others. As such, Mel’s bakery exists since 2014.
I love creating beautiful yet delicious cakes, whether it is for a small birthday or a large wedding celebration, corporate event or you just want to show someone that you care - I will create the perfect cake for your event.
I take great pride in my loved and tested signature recipes and my established attention to details. I create personalised scrumptious and unique cakes that you will love. I believe each cake should be unique, to reflect our personalities and the stories behind them.
